Senior Accountant / Controller – Topiary Creations, Inc. (Naples, FL)

Topiary Creations, Inc., part of the Hoffmann Family of Companies, is one of the largest wholesale nurseries in Naples, Florida, growing bougainvillea, mandevilla and desert rose for major retailers across the Southeast. We are in the middle of an exciting expansion, and we are looking for an experienced accounting leader to own our finances and grow with us.

What you'll do

• Manage the full accounting cycle: A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations and month-end close
• Prepare weekly cash and receivables reporting for leadership
• Lead the annual budget and cash-flow projection
• Maintain internal controls, checks and balances
• Work with our insurance, banking, legal and parent-company partners

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including a senior or controller-level role
• Advanced QuickBooks skills (QuickBooks certification highly preferred)
• Organized, dependable and comfortable working closely with a small leadership team
• Nursery or agriculture experience is not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply (not required)
