Physician Assistant (PA) – Veteran Disability Evaluations - Palm Bay, FL

Monday–Friday | Full-Time | No Treatment | No Prescribing | No On-Call

Tired of chart burnout, call rotations, and never-ending patient panels? Put your clinical skills to work in a role built for balance — evaluating U.S. veterans for VA disability benefits with The IMA Group. This is 100% evaluation-based care.

No treatment plans, no prescribing, no follow-up visits — just focused, one-time assessments where your clinical judgment directly impacts a veteran's benefits outcome.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for veterans
  • Review medical records, diagnostics, and supporting documentation
  • Complete detailed VA disability reports using our electronic platform

Why PAs Love This Role

  • Reclaim your evenings and weekends — zero on-call, ever
  • Trade the patient panel grind for one-and-done evaluations
  • Meaningful work that honors those who served
  • Robust onboarding and ongoing clinical support from day one
  • Competitive pay and a benefits package that matches the lifestyle upgrade

Qualifications

  • Active PA license
  • Master's degree from an accredited PA program
  • Clinical PA experience required
  • Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, PM&R, or Orthopedics a plus

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (full-time)
  • Generous PTO & Paid Holidays (full-time)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement & Student Loan Repayment Assistance
  • Paid Parental Leave

This role is a fit if you're:

  • Looking to step back from a full patient panel without leaving clinical work behind
  • Returning to the workforce and want a low-stress, structured environment
  • Ready for full-time work that still respects a real schedule

Ready to practice medicine on your terms — with your weekends back and real purpose behind every evaluation? Apply today!
