Supply Chain Data Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to support a business-to-business (B2B) supply chain data visibility and reporting initiative.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Analytics, Data Integration, and Business Intelligence, with hands-on experience developing dashboards using Tableau.

This role will focus on improving end-to-end visibility across key supply chain processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Lead-to-Order (L2O), by consolidating data from multiple systems into a centralized reporting solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain processes, including Order-to-Cash and Lead-to-Order, to identify reporting requirements and data visibility needs.
• Extract, aggregate, and consolidate data from five different business platforms into a centralized reporting solution.
• Perform data mapping and identify relationships between data sources, schemas, and business processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to provide end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain workflows, reporting requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze supply chain data to identify operational trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across integrated reporting sources.
• Translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Document data sources, mapping logic, reporting processes, and dashboard functionality.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Chain Reporting, or Supply Chain Data Analysis.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, preferably including Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Order, or Order Management processes.
• Hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and consolidating information from different platforms.
• Knowledge of data mapping, data aggregation, and data integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports and visualizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, ETL processes, or data transformation.
• Experience developing end-to-end supply chain dashboards and KPI reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or order management systems.
• Experience supporting B2B business operations.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with data modeling, data quality validation, and process optimization.
