Target Salary Range*:$123,000 - $168,000

Position Overview

Design, build, and maintain intuitive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences and support enterprise application requirements. Translate designs and business requirements into scalable frontend solutions, develop reusable UI components, optimize application performance, and ensure accessibility and cross-platform compatibility.

The role includes mentorship, process optimization, cross-team collaboration, and secure software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Translate designs and business requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain intuitive user interfaces.
• Develop reusable UI components.

Performance, Accessibility, and Security

• Optimize application performance.
• Ensure accessibility and cross-platform compatibility.
• Apply secure software development practices.

Mentorship and Collaboration

• Mentor developers.
• Optimize development processes.
• Collaborate across teams to support enterprise application requirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree. [Required]

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience. [Required]

Skills

• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar. [Required]
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design principles. [Required]
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. [Required]
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and secure coding practices. [Required]
• Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. [Required]
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. [Required]

Application and Infrastructure Requirements

• In-house custom-developed application with end-user UI and ETL UI.
• Kubernetes and Terraform.
• GitLab CI/CD and JFrog Artifactory.
• AWS Cloud Services.

UI and Backend/Middleware Requirements

• Angular and .NET C#.
• MySQL.
• Elasticsearch / OpenSearch.
• Integration of reasoning components, retrieval systems, databases, and AI / GenAI services.

ETL Requirements

• Python, RabbitMQ, Celery, and Redis / Valkey.
• MySQL, Postgres, and Microsoft SQL.
• Elasticsearch / OpenSearch.
• Complex data parsing and streamlined ingestion.
• Provenance and end-to-end data lineage tracking.
• Schema-aligned ingestion and normalization of diverse structured and unstructured data.
• Integration of reasoning components, retrieval systems, databases, and AI / GenAI services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud-native and containerized application environments.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and modern frontend development patterns.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading frontend best-practice initiatives.
• Relevant certifications in web development, cloud platforms, or secure software development.
