Position Overview

We are seeking a Texas-licensed Physician Assistant to perform telemedicine, and in-person consultations for personal injury and pain management cases. This position is on site, with your own private office, housed within our McAllen office to meet with patients, coordinate in-person workflow, and review complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telemedicine/in-person consultations for personal injury and pain management cases
• Review imaging reports, documentation, and prior care notes to create clear and defensible medical summaries
• Collaborate with supervising physicians, specialists, chiropractors, and case coordinators to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Attend weekly on-site meetings to discuss patient care coordination and operational updates

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas Physician Assistant license
• Recommended minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical practice (New Grads welcome)
• Comfortable with both virtual and in-person workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skill

Compensation: Competitive wage (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
