Product Management Coordinator (Bank Product Management)

• Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience preferred.
• The Product Management Coordinator will support Terrabank in the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the Bank’s products and services.
• This position will assist with product research, competitive analysis, product performance reporting, documentation, testing, and coordination of product initiatives across multiple departments.
• Responsibilities include assisting with the collection and documentation of product requirements; monitoring product adoption, growth, usage, and performance; conducting market and competitor research; coordinating product updates and enhancements with Operations, Compliance, Information Technology, Marketing, and other key stakeholders; supporting user acceptance testing (UAT); maintaining product documentation, procedures, pricing information, training materials, and internal reference resources; assisting with product launches and employee communications; and gathering client and employee feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• The Product Management Coordinator will also support the preparation of product performance reports, business recommendations, presentations, and management updates.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project coordination skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM platforms, data reporting tools, financial services, banking products, or product management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
