Work Arrangement:

Primarily on-site, with flexibility for a hybrid model. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative Retail Product Designer / Product Developer to design engaging children’s products, including stickers, activity kits, paper novelties, packaging, and seasonal collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations, graphics, product designs, and packaging.
• Develop production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Research children’s product trends and develop retail-ready concepts.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, product design, or packaging design preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and illustration skills.
• Knowledge of printing, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
