AI Software Engineer

Job Description

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following software engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
• Implement automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
• Follow security, privacy, and responsible AI practices when handling data and model outputs.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in software engineering, AI development, or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or another modern programming language.
• Familiarity with AI APIs, machine learning concepts, or large language model integrations.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, and software design principles.
• Experience working with databases, Git, automated testing, and application debugging.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks or tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or model-serving platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows is beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
