Marketing Specialist

We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our Dallas team. We work with clients across several industries, including retail, telecommunications, hospitality and consumer services, supporting marketing campaigns that help businesses reach and engage their customers. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of good communication, organised campaign delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

This position would suit someone with a marketing background who enjoys a mix of planning, coordination and practical campaign work.

Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be involved in the development and delivery of client marketing activities.

Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives Assist with campaign planning, schedules and resource allocation Prepare marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging Monitor campaign performance and prepare progress reports Conduct basic market research and gather customer feedback Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding campaign updates Identify opportunities to improve campaign engagement and effectiveness Skills & Experience We're interested in candidates who have: Previous experience in marketing, campaign coordination or promotions Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence managing deadlines and multiple projects Familiarity with Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues A practical approach to problem-solving A qualification in marketing, communications or business would be beneficial but is not essential.

Working With Our Team This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist position with regular weekday hours. You'll work alongside colleagues on client campaigns, with opportunities to develop your experience in campaign management, brand communications and marketing operations.
