Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed - Equine/ Animal-assisted (Pediatric)

Seeking a National Board Certified and CO State Licensed Occupational Therapist with motivation to work in the equine-assisted and hippotherapy fields. Looking for a therapist that*has completed or is willing to complete*at minimum, the initial HPOT I course through the American Hippotherapy Association.

Continuing education funding is not guaranteed but can be sought through scholarship state grants, with our organization's support.

We are looking specifically for a therapist who lives within 30 min drive to Elizabeth, CO.

This position is to work part-time, with opportunity to move into full-time (3-5 days/week or 20-30 hrs) in Elizabeth. This is an Employee, W-2 position, with taxes paid and benefits including health insurance and Paid Time Off.

This position requires in-person Occupational Therapy practice with all diagnoses with the Pediatric, as well as, Adult population, in the small and large animal (including equine-assisted), outdoor and hippotherapy environment.
