  • Gather insights through customer interviews, surveys, win-loss analysis, sales feedback, and market intelligence reports.
  • Monitor industry developments, technological advancements, and changes in customer expectations.
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing strategy, and business planning.
  • Provide leadership with competitive intelligence that supports strategic decision-making and market differentiation.

3. Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Launches

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, product enhancements, and service offerings.
  • Coordinate product launch planning across marketing, sales, product management, communications, and customer success teams.
  • Establish launch objectives, target audiences, messaging, channel strategies, campaign timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Develop launch materials, including product briefs, sales presentations, product demonstrations, website content, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure sales and customer-facing teams are prepared to communicate product benefits, features, use cases, and competitive advantages.
  • Monitor launch performance, collect stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements to future product releases.
  • Manage launch risks, dependencies, and timelines to support coordinated and effective market introductions.

4. Product Positioning and Messaging

  • Develop differentiated product positioning that clearly communicates customer value and competitive advantages.
  • Create messaging frameworks tailored to customer segments, industries, buyer personas, and stages of the purchasing journey.
  • Ensure consistency across product websites, marketing campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, and customer communications.
