Sr. Clinical Data Scientist

Sr Clinical Data Scientist We're seeking a highly analytical scientist to support clinical-stage programs by integrating complex patient-level datasets, generating clinical insights, and helping shape the data narratives that drive development decisions.

This individual will work cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Biomarkers, Medical Affairs, and Leadership teams to transform evolving clinical trial data into clear, reproducible analyses and impactful visualizations.

What You'll Do

Integrate and analyze clinical, biomarker, PK, efficacy, and safety datasets across ongoing studies Build and maintain reproducible analysis and visualization workflows, including patient-level and longitudinal data displays Create subject-level summaries that connect treatment exposure, outcomes, biomarkers, concomitant therapies, and adverse events Support clinical data review activities and collaborate with medical teams to investigate emerging findings Maintain external benchmark and natural-history datasets to inform interpretation of study results Conduct literature reviews and competitive landscape analyses to support program strategy Help develop data-driven claims, evidence summaries, and responses to anticipated scientific, investor, or partner questions Prepare figures, tables, listings, and other recurring study deliverables for internal and external audiences What We're Looking For Advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a quantitative or life sciences discipline Experience supporting clinical-stage biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or translational medicine programs Strong programming and data visualization skills (R, Python, SAS, or similar) Experience working with clinical trial, biomarker, PK, and safety datasets Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear scientific insights and compelling visual narratives Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across multidisciplinary teams Preferred Experience Neurodegenerative disease, neuromuscular disease, oncology, or biomarker-focused clinical development experience Experience supporting regulatory, investor, partnering, or board-level data presentations Familiarity with natural history analyses, external comparators, and longitudinal clinical datasets If you're excited about turning complex clinical data into meaningful insights that influence development strategy and patient outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
