We are seeking a kind, passionate, and dedicated occupational therapist to join our growing team!

Position Details

• Full-time position
• School, home and daycare setting
• Early intervention and school-age population
• Service areas: Greater Chicago Area (specific service area based on where you are relocated and your service area preference)
• Ongoing collaboration with providers, teachers and families
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individualized treatment for children with a variety of communication needs
• Daily documentation (SOAP notes)

Requirements

• Current Illinois licensure
• Current Illinois Early Intervention Credentials (or willing to obtain)
• One year of pediatric experience preferred but required
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Professional reliability and excellent communication with families and team members
• Willingness to work in home and school settings
• Personal Vehicle
