Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This position serves as a strategic partner to leadership while managing employee relations, recruiting, benefits, performance management, compliance, and workforce development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Manage employee relations and performance management processes
• Administer HR programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Partner with managers to support operational and staffing needs

Required Qualifications:

• Human Resources experience within a manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or production environment required
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees
• Strong understanding of employment law, workers' compensation, and employee relations
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environments
• Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations
