Registered Nurse

Overview

Join our nursing team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and deliver attentive, evidence-informed care across patient needs and care settings. You’ll assess patients, coordinate treatment, and communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team.

Duties

• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, identify changes in condition, and support diagnostic evaluation and triage.
• Administer medications, injections, and intravenous (IV) infusions; perform IV insertion, catheter care, tube feeding, and wound or ostomy care as appropriate to your role.
• Maintain aseptic technique, follow infection-control practices, and respond to urgent needs, including airway support and emergency procedures within your training.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) or electronic health records (EHR); protect privacy under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Coordinate intake, patient education, case management, and discharge planning with the care team.

Experience

• Required: Registered Nurse licensure appropriate to the work location, patient-care skills, sound assessment, medical terminology, and clear documentation.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding, Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), Minimum Data Set (MDS), National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards, and basic life support is valued.
• Additional skills may include phlebotomy, venipuncture, specimen processing, and care for children, or individuals with disabilities.

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
