We are looking for a Product Owner who can combine business insight, stakeholder engagement, and Agile expertise to deliver high-value products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Define, communicate, and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Gather, analyze, and translate customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable product features and enhancements.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and ensure delivery of the highest-priority initiatives.
• Break down features and epics into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, testers, architects, and project teams.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure development teams have a clear understanding of priorities, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and delivery timelines when making prioritization decisions.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support data-driven decision-making by leveraging business metrics, analytics, and user insights.
• Validate delivered functionality and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and increase product value.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner within an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and product delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in fast-paced development environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to support product decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
• Background in business analysis, product management, or digital product delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and product management tools.
• Experience working with customer-facing digital products and platforms.
