Job Overview

SoftClouds is seeking a skilled CRM Software Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain customer relationship management applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM platforms, software development, system integration, and business workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize CRM applications based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain CRM features, modules, and workflows.
• Integrate CRM platforms with databases and external applications.
• Develop APIs and support system integrations.
• Configure automation processes and business workflows.
• Troubleshoot software issues and improve application performance.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills

• Experience with CRM software development and customization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, Java, or Python.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and business processes.
• Experience with software testing and debugging.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary: $90,000 – $130,000, depending on experience, platform knowledge, technical skills, and qualifications.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
