Job Summary

As Controller, you’ll guide financial oversight for construction operations and help project teams make informed decisions across complex infrastructure work. You’ll connect project costs, schedules, contracts, and compliance requirements to support sound financial control throughout each project’s lifecycle.

Duties

• Oversee construction budget management, cost management, financial reporting, and project cost tracking.
• Coordinate with project leaders on estimates, schedules, contracts, and changes that may affect project costs.
• Review construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to understand project scope and support accurate cost oversight.
• Monitor construction regulatory compliance and applicable construction regulations in coordination with project teams.
• Support project coordination and leadership for commercial construction and complex infrastructure projects.

Skills

• Essential: Construction experience, construction site experience, construction management, construction project management, project management, project leadership, and experience managing teams in a construction management role.
• Essential: Construction estimating, construction scheduling, project scheduling, construction schedule coordination, construction budget management, cost management, and time management.
• Essential: Ability to read construction plans, blueprints, and schematics; familiarity with contracts and construction regulatory compliance.
• Preferred: ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management or project management software.
• Preferred: Microsoft Office and commercial construction experience.

Pay: $78,300.00 - $94,400.00 per year
