- Serve as a liaison among Software Field Sales, Service, Applications, Legal, and technical teams.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to address contract-related requirements, including legal redlines, Business Associate Agreements, security questionnaires, master agreements, and associated documentation.
- Perform other related responsibilities as required to support software agreement sales and regional business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in sales, sales support, account management, commercial operations, customer success, contract renewals, service-agreement management, or another relevant customer-facing function.
- Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders through sales, contracting, renewal, or implementation process.
- Ability to understand and communicate the business value of technical products and services.
- Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple agreements, customers, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative regional and national team.
Preferred Qualifications
- An associate degree, medical-device certification, or relevant professional experience.
- Experience with recurring-revenue, renewal, customer-retention, cross-selling, or upselling strategies.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management, quoting, contract-management, or revenue-tracking systems.
- Experience collaborating with account managers and technical specialists to develop and close customer opportunities.
Success in This Role
Success will require a strong customer focus, and the ability to create structure around sales and renewal activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to explain technical and commercial information clearly.
