HELP is a comprehensive birth-to-3 development assessment suite encompassing print materials, HELP Connect (a digital assessment platform), and associated training and certification offerings.

As Account Executive, you will be responsible for both account management and new business development across a diverse customer base including Early Intervention service providers, Early Childhood Education providers, Early Head Start providers, and relevant local, regional, and state agencies.

You will be responsible for delivering new customer acquisition, as well as account expansion by migrating customers from print to HELP Connect, and expanding adoption of training and certification offerings.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about supporting the development of children from birth to age three and brings hands-on experience in Early Intervention, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. They understand the needs of practitioners and programs serving young children and are excited to help customers use HELP more effectively to improve outcomes.

We are looking for someone who is relationship-oriented, consultative, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow the reach and impact of HELP. Prior sales experience is not required, but candidates must be comfortable with the commercial aspects of the role, including building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and being accountable for revenue targets.

This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and operates as an individual contributor, with the potential to build and lead a larger team as the business scales.

  • Identify new market segments, distribution channels, and partnership opportunities to expand reach
