Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and develop a centralized data cockpit that brings together multiple data sources into a unified, user-friendly analytics platform. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development skills, hands-on BI expertise, and experience building enterprise-grade data products and embedded analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern frontend applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Looker, or LookML.
• Build embedded analytics solutions for internal users and external vendor-facing applications.
• Integrate APIs and data pipelines to support real-time and batch data access.
• Manage data storage and messaging workflows using PostgreSQL, Cloud SQL, Google Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
• Implement secure authentication and enterprise integrations using Okta SSO and related platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data visualizations and reporting solutions.
• Improve reporting efficiency, data accessibility, and user experience through scalable analytics products.

Required Qualifications

• 14+ years of overall IT experience, with strong relevant full-stack, BI, or data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Looker, including LookML.
• Frontend development experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs, API integrations, and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building end-to-end data products or analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of data visualization and BI user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embedded analytics, such as Looker Embed.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Run, GCS, Pub/Sub, and Cloud SQL.
• Familiarity with Okta SSO, Atlassian integrations, and Gemini AI services.
• Experience in enterprise or supply chain environments.

• Must be available to work onsite in Temple, TX.
