Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong financial domain knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing interactive dashboards, financial reports, data models, and business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with finance and business stakeholders to translate complex financial requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and financial reports.
• Work closely with finance teams and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Develop complex data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
• Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL databases, Excel, and enterprise systems.
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
• Implement data security, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence solutions.

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Expertise in developing executive-level dashboards and KPI reports.
• Experience with Power BI Service, workspace management, and report deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in financial services, insurance, or reinsurance domains.
• Knowledge of financial systems and enterprise reporting environments.
• Experience with Azure data services and data warehousing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
