Visual Designer

We are looking for a Visual Designer to join a team in California on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment and enjoys shaping compelling visual experiences across digital and print channels.

You will contribute to brand-forward design work, support website rebranding efforts, and create high-quality assets that strengthen marketing and event communications.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for digital campaigns, printed materials, and branded marketing collateral.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop creative assets that support an ongoing website rebrand and elevate the overall visual identity.
• Produce social media graphics and promotional visuals tailored to a variety of audiences and platforms.
• Design event and conference materials, including graphics that reinforce branding across customer-facing touchpoints.
• Build clear, visually effective report layouts that communicate information through strong composition and data visualization.
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools to translate concepts into high-quality deliverables with consistency and precision.
• Explore imaginative and concept-driven design approaches that bring fresh ideas to campaigns and branded content.
• At least 2 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related creative discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for creating and refining digital design assets.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated ability to develop compelling designs for both digital and print applications.
• A strong sense of layout, typography, color, and overall visual composition.
• Experience presenting data visually in reports or similar business-facing materials.
• Creative and experimental thinking with the ability to turn ideas into effective visual solutions.
