Franchise Marketing Manager

We're partnering with a well-established, franchise-focused organization seeking a Marketing Manager, Growth & Development to help drive expansion efforts across the U.S. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, business development, and sales enablement, creating strategies, content, events, and tools that support franchise growth and candidate conversion.

What You'll Do

• Lead marketing initiatives that support franchise development and business growth.
• Create and execute messaging strategies that engage prospective franchise owners throughout the sales journey.
• Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, brochures, digital content, and marketing collateral.
• Manage prospect-facing events such as conferences, webinars, discovery days, and industry trade shows.
• Analyze campaign performance and candidate engagement data to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
• Partner with leadership, sales, real estate, legal, and brand teams to ensure alignment across growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets, agency relationships, vendors, and external partners.
• Lead and mentor a direct report while helping shape future development marketing strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Background in franchise development, franchise marketing, business development marketing, field marketing, or related growth-focused environments is highly preferred.
• Experience creating sales enablement content and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Experience leading events, conferences, webinars, or experiential marketing initiatives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
