Accountant

Senior Accountant responsible for leading core accounting and reporting functions.

Key Duties

Manage the general ledger, month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Prepare financial statements and management reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Coordinate audits and assist with tax preparation. Improve accounting processes, documentation, and internal controls. Support project accounting and revenue recognition.

Partner with engineering leadership to provide financial insight aligned to growth, quality, and compliance. Qualifications & Skills Strong expertise in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Proven ability to analyze variances and support forecasting and budgeting.

Experience with audit coordination and tax-related support. Working knowledge of project accounting and revenue recognition principles. Strong attention to detail, process improvement mindset, and internal control focus.

Collaborative communication skills with cross-functional teams.
