We’re seeking to connect a Product Owner with a leading company in the transportation management industry on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Product Owner, you'll join a collaborative team focused on enhancing digital payment solutions and improving operational efficiency across critical business platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a business-critical payment platform.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Partner closely with engineering throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Improve operational workflows through scalable technology solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Validate completed functionality through user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Minimum of 5 years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst experience in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and systems integrations.
• Experience supporting payment, AR/AP, or financial operations platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and third-party software integrations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools is preferred.
