We’re looking for a Physical Therapist ready to make that happen in Deer Park.

With two full-time therapists, two part-time Occupational Therapists, and 2,168 square feet of clinical space, this location has an established foundation and significant room to grow.

Pay, Hours, and Location

• Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 / annual salary
• Bonus opportunity: Growth bonus opportunity
• Position: Full-time, in person at our Deer Park outpatient clinic.
• Weekly schedule: 8am-5pm, M-F
• Lunch: 30-1 hour lunch

Clinic Directors influence the everyday decisions that determine whether patients return, therapists develop, and the clinic grows.

In Deer Park, you’ll be expected to:

• Set the clinical standard. Deliver thoughtful care and help your team strengthen treatment planning, clinical reasoning, and patient outcomes.
• Develop your people. Coach therapists, support onboarding, give useful feedback, and address performance concerns directly.
• Keep the clinic running well. Coordinate with the team on scheduling, coverage, patient flow, documentation, and daily operational needs.
• Build patient loyalty. Help create an experience that earns patients’ trust, supports attendance, and encourages them to complete their plans of care.
• Help grow the practice. Partner with leadership and marketing to identify opportunities, strengthen community relationships, and develop services that meet local needs.
• Take ownership of results. Understand clinic performance, recognize what needs attention, and follow through on improvements.

Patient Care and Your Typical Day

This is a treating leadership role. You’ll maintain your own caseload while guiding the team and overseeing clinic performance.

You can expect a varied outpatient population, including orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, balance, gait, and geriatric rehabilitation needs.

Your clinical responsibilities include evaluations, individualized treatment planning, hands-on care, patient education, reassessments, discharge planning, and accurate documentation.

We want the balance between patient care and leadership to be clear:

• Director treatment target: 13-16 visits daily
• Evaluation appointments: 45 minutes
• Follow-up appointments: 30 minutes
• Scheduling and overlap: 2 patients per hour
