Full Stack Web Developer III

Position Overview

RED, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer III to support our Business Systems IT team. In this role, you will design, develop, maintain, test, and document secure business applications used by departments such as Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, and Project Controls.

You will collaborate closely with customers, business analysts, quality assurance professionals, and other technical team members in a highly matrixed project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business applications using Agile development practices.
• Partner with customers and business analysts to create user stories and storyboards.
• Build interfaces between enterprise systems and in-house applications.
• Develop operational and business reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Perform initial developer testing and support quality assurance in creating fully documented test plans.
• Prepare user manuals and provide initial end-user training.
• Evaluate development procedures and solutions for alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success across the software development lifecycle, including requirements development, application development, testing, production turnover, and documentation.
• At least five years of full stack development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL data manipulation, and secure coding techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with jQuery.
• Experience with Internet Information Services.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience;
• Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least seven years of relevant experience; or
• High school diploma and at least nine years of relevant experience.

Work Schedule and Security

• Up to 40 hours per week, based on the assigned schedule.
• Each workday includes a 30-minute lunch period.
• No security clearance is required.
