Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Remote in Portugal

We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a multilingual team supporting a leading company in the telecommunications sector.

This is a fully remote position within mainland Portugal , offering long-term stability, professional development and the opportunity to work in an international environment. Your Role As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with account, billing, service and technical-related enquiries while providing a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat

Assist with account, billing and service-related enquiries

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently

Provide information about products, services and platform features

Escalate more complex cases when needed

Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvements

What We’re Looking For

Fluent Italian and English

Previous experience in customer support, customer service or contact centre environments is an advantage

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Good attention to detail

Comfortable working with digital tools and technology

Customer-focused and positive attitude

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Contract & Working Conditions

Fully remote within mainland Portugal

Monday to Friday

Rotating 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 18:00

Availability to work on public holidays when scheduled

Public holiday work is compensated with additional payment

Permanent contract after 6 months

Compensation Package

Base salary: €920/month

Language allowance: €250/month

Multiskill bonus: €150/month

Performance bonus: up to €360/month

Attendance allowance: €110/month

Flex work allowance: €60/month

Meal allowance: €10.20 per working day
