Account Executive

At The Look Company, we help leading brands, retailers, sports organizations, and marketers create engaging customer experiences through custom graphics, visual branding, retail displays, signage, branded environments, and experiential marketing solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth within our retail business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling graphics, signage, displays, branded environments, retail fixtures, or experiential marketing solutions and thrives on building relationships and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities within retail, consumer brands, agencies, hospitality, sports, and entertainment markets.
• Build relationships with marketing, merchandising, procurement, and brand leaders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Grow existing accounts while developing new customer relationships.
• Collaborate with design, project management, and production teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals.
• Represent The Look Company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in one or more of the following industries: Retail environments, large-format graphics, signage, display manufacturing, visual merchandising, POP/POS displays, experiential marketing, commercial printing, and branded environments.
• Proven success in business development and account management.
• Experience selling custom, project-based solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Existing relationships with brands, retailers, agencies, or commercial clients in the Miami, Orlando, Chicago, or Columbus markets.
• Experience with multi-location rollout programs.
• Knowledge of printing, fabrication, installation, or production processes related to visual branding projects.
