Radiant Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing rehabilitation team!

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding mobility, safety, and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
