Physical Therapist (DPT) – Outpatient Orthopedic & Integrative Care

$80,000–$110,000/year + Bonus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting. Both experienced PTs and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based care
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Current Maine PT license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000–$110,000/year + performance bonus
