About this role

  • Purely Natural Medical Spa / Allergy & Asthma Care of Brooklyn
  • Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
  • Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and professional growth.
  • About Us
  • Allergy & Asthma Care of Brooklyn is an established medical practice that has served the Brooklyn community for over 20 years. With locations in Park Slope and Prospect Heights, we provide comprehensive allergy and asthma care for both pediatric and adult patients.
  • Our sister practice, Purely Natural Medical Spa, has offered aesthetic and wellness services since 2011.
  • We are entering an exciting phase of growth with the expansion of our Williamsburg location, where we are bringing together allergy and asthma care, medical aesthetics, and wellness services under one roof.
  • Our long-term vision is to develop a comprehensive wellness and healthy-aging center focused on preventive care, aesthetics, and overall well-being.
  • The Opportunity
  • We are seeking a motivated, hands-on, and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner who is excited about helping us build and lead our Williamsburg location.
  • This is a unique hybrid clinical position combining medical aesthetics, allergy care, wellness services, and clinical leadership.
  • We are looking for someone who enjoys direct patient care, is eager to learn new skills, and is equally comfortable performing routine aesthetic treatments and more advanced medical procedures.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, adaptable, and genuinely interested in growing with our practice.
  • We welcome both experienced Nurse Practitioners and exceptional new graduates who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Aesthetics
  • Perform HydraFacial treatments, customized facials, and LED light therapy.
  • Perform laser hair removal and tattoo removal following appropriate training, credentialing, and clinical protocols.
  • Perform microneedling, including PRP-assisted treatments, where appropriately trained and authorized.
  • Evaluate patients for aesthetic procedures, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
  • Train in additional aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other services offered by the practice.
  • Provide clinical support and appropriate coverage for aesthetic services ordinarily performed by our RN injector.
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, treatment quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Allergy & Asthma Care
  • Cross-train with our allergy team to provide clinical services within the NP’s authorized scope.
  • Perform and interpret allergy skin testing and patch testing.
  • Assist with allergy consultations, follow-up visits, and treatment planning.
  • Participate in allergy and asthma patient education and management.
  • Support additional allergy procedures and clinical programs as training and competency allow.
  • Work collaboratively with our allergists and other clinical providers.
  • Wellness & Preventive Care
  • Perform appropriate wellness evaluations and medically indicated injections.
  • Help develop preventive health, wellness, and healthy-aging services.
  • Educate patients on treatment options and individualized care plans.
  • Participate in expanding our wellness program as the Williamsburg location grows.
  • Clinical Leadership & Practice Development
  • Serve as a clinical leader at our Williamsburg location, with responsibilities expanding as experience and competency develop.
  • Provide appropriate clinical oversight, guidance, and support to the RN injector and other clinical staff.
  • Help establish treatment protocols, clinical workflows, and quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with clinical protocols, and excellent patient care.
  • Work closely with practice leadership to improve efficiency, expand services, and support patient retention.
  • Contribute ideas and take initiative in building a successful multidisciplinary practice.
  • Qualifications
  • Required
  • Active New York State RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
  • Willingness to perform a broad range of hands-on aesthetic and medical procedures.
  • Ability and willingness to work Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Interest in learning allergy and asthma care and participating in wellness program development.
  • Preferred, but not required
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, allergy, primary care, or wellness.
  • Experience with HydraFacial, laser treatments, microneedling, PRP, or injectable treatments.
  • Prior clinical leadership or team management experience.
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks or other electronic medical record systems.
  • What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Structured clinical training and mentorship.
  • Opportunity to develop skills in multiple medical specialties.
  • Health insurance and paid time off.
  • Malpractice coverage.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.
  • Potential for performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunity to help shape and lead a growing clinical location and wellness program.
  • Who Will Succeed in This Role?
  • We are looking for someone who is not interested in simply showing up, seeing patients, and going home.
  • We want a provider who takes pride in their work, enjoys learning, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about the patient experience.
  • This role is ideal for an NP who enjoys both the clinical and aesthetic sides of medicine and wants the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
  • If you are enthusiastic, hardworking, adaptable, and excited about helping build something meaningful, we would love to hear from you.
  • To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief introduction describing your interest in aesthetics, allergy care, wellness, and clinical leadership.
