What You'll Do:

• Effectively screens and evaluates patients with varying clinical needs and develops appropriate care plans following both state and federal regulatory standards.
• Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients along with improving the overall quality of life for those residents who are with us long term.
• Develop and support innovative therapy programs, pushing for new ways to deliver top quality care to our vulnerable population.
• Assesses patient’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

What You'll Need:

• Licensed RN in the state of CO (support offered in transferring of license)
• This position is open to RNs at all experience levels
