• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud
• Microservices Architecture
• REST APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Hibernate/JPA
• Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor backend development teams
• Design and develop scalable microservices
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Manage technical delivery and production issue resolution
• Adhere to banking security and compliance standards

Preferred:

• Banking, Payments, or FinTech experience
• Exposure to Core Banking, Digital Payments, Fraud Systems
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, Encryption, and Audit Logging
