Product Designer

A leader in the EdTech industry is hiring a UX/UI Designer in New Rochelle, NY for a full time direct hire position, onsite five days a week.

UX/UI Designer Perks

Salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, based on experience. Full time direct hire opportunity. Meaningful work that improves teacher instruction and student learning.

Collaboration with UX/UI designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Ownership of a component driven Figma design system.

UX/UI Designer Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in user experience or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
• Online portfolio that showcases UX/UI projects and design process.
• Advanced Figma expertise.
• Preferred : Experience in educational or curriculum publishing, plus Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Agile, and Jira.

UX/UI Designer Responsibilities

• Turn content requirements into engaging, interactive educational experiences.
• Translate UX research into clear information architecture and interface designs.
• Maintain and manage a Figma based design system.
• Keep design identity and user experience patterns consistent across multiple applications within one platform.
• Present work to product owners, leadership, and executives, and apply feedback through iteration.
