Catering Operations Manager

Responsibilities include

• Kit packing for off-site crews to take to corresponding events that are not drop offs.
• Creating and printing menu cards for event kits.
• Assisting with occasional events.
• Assisting with inventory needs based on packing lists.
• Managing bar inventory for off-site and on-site events.
• Overseeing catering van maintenance and assisting in picking up back up vehicle rentals when needed.
• Potential for additional responsibilities depending on candidate experience and proven abilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Organized and self motivated individual.
• Catering or working experience references will be requested.

Candidate Preferences

Experience in the service industry would be excellent, but we can teach you anything you need to know! An ability to navigate software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Nowsta, and Total Party Planner would be great as well, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time salaried position. Some driving for drop-offs required. This is a beginner/intermediate admin role with potential for growth.

Pay: $16 - $20/hr

Competitive Benefits: 50% health insurance covered; PTO outside of already allowed Holiday time-off is available after 1 year.

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday with slight flexibility

Education:

• High School (Required)

Experience:

• Hospitality (<1 year preferred)
• Proven ability to stay organized and keep a positive attitude

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
