The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager II to support and strengthen a diverse book of commercial business. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for clients, helping them understand their coverage, prepare for renewals, and navigate changes throughout the policy lifecycle.

You’ll partner with carriers, underwriters, and PHE team members to keep accounts moving forward while identifying opportunities to improve coverage and address evolving risks.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee an assigned commercial book of business with a high level of independence
• Build strong client relationships through responsive, proactive service
• Review accounts for changing exposures, coverage gaps, and additional insurance needs
• Guide clients through renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage questions
• Assist with certificates, audits, claims questions, billing matters, and loss control recommendations
• Work with carrier partners and underwriters to secure appropriate coverage and placement
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client protection through additional coverage solutions
• Keep client and policy information accurate and current within the agency management system
• Lead renewal conversations and help clients understand coverage options and market considerations

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of insurance account management experience
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage, products, and industry requirements
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Additional Experience We Value

• College or post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related area
• Experience working with complex or high-value accounts
• Previous experience supporting or mentoring less-experienced team members
• Knowledge of agency management systems and carrier underwriting processes

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
