Nurse Practitioner/ Physicians Assitant - North Augusta, SC

Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Post-Acute Care team in North Augusta, South Carolina area. This is a Monday–Friday role offering consistency, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team-based environment.

Schedule & Setting

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• In-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facility
• Collaborative care alongside attending physicians and on-site teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)
• Annual performance-based bonus
• $1,500 CME stipend + paid holidays

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred
• Passion for geriatric medicine, preventative care, and chronic disease management
