Critical Care RN – Day Shift

Location: 1200 B. Gale Wilson Boulevard, Fairfield, CA 94533

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift – 12-hour shifts
• Night Shift – 12-hour shifts

Compensation Notice: Pay rates vary based on employment status. Separate pay rates apply for Local RN candidates and Travel RN candidates. Compensation will be discussed based on candidate eligibility, experience, and assignment requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in an acute care setting. The RN will monitor complex patient conditions, administer treatments, respond to changes in patient status, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor vital signs and clinical conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and critical care interventions safely.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure safe handoffs.
• Educate and support patients and their families.
• Promote patient safety, quality care, and positive patient experiences.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience required.
• Current California RN License.
• AHA BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
• Critical care/ICU experience preferred.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,779.00 per week
