RN

We are seeking a Home care visiting registered nurse to make home health care visits in the comfort of the patients home. The RN visiting nurse will be responsible for starting the plan of care, evaluate, and discharge of care. The RN responsibilities is to supervise LPNs and Home Healthcare Aides.

Must have knowledge of EMR documentation, previous home health care experience is a plus, and a valid RN license in the State of Michigan.
