Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

Overview:

Busy, pain management practice looking to hire a nurse practitioner Monday through Thursday.

The nurse practitioner is to provide comprehensive direct patient care to include obtaining history for routine follow-up visits, performing complete physical examination, ordering and performing diagnostic testing and screening as needed, prescribing both pharmacological and other treatments for patients, performing injections, and providing health maintenance and promotion interventions such as patient and family education and counseling.

Candidate must be motivated and efficient, team player, and pleasant personality. Experience with EMR is required. Candidate to assist with clerical duties as necessary.

Qualified individuals will:

• Be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
• Possess a current NP Licensure in the state of AL
• Possess or be willing to apply and obtain their DEA number
• ACLS must be obtained within the first 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
