Growth Marketing Manager

============================

Location: Remote (United States)

About Numa

--------------

Numa is building the platform to power AI-native dealerships, rearchitecting automotive service and sales with advanced AI agents that automate customer interactions, streamline operations, and reimagine how dealerships work.

Numa integrates AI into every aspect of dealership functions—from rescuing customer calls and voicemails that generate more revenue, to reducing customer resolution times that drive overall customer satisfaction (CSI), to improving dealership team productivity and accountability. Numa has raised $50 million from leading investors (Google, Threshold, Costanoa, Mitsui, and Touring Capital).

The Role

------------

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own qualified inbound and drive predictable pipeline growth. You'll be responsible for the channels that generate demand, including paid media, search, answer engines, partner programs, lifecycle marketing, and landing pages.

This role requires someone who can move between strategy and execution, build a consistent testing cadence, and use data to make decisions about where to invest. You'll work closely with the Marketing Lead and Sales leadership to forecast results, improve conversion, and turn marketing demand into qualified meetings.

We're a lean, AI-native team. You'll have the autonomy to build your own workflows, experiment with new tools, and use AI agents to make growth programs more efficient and scalable. Success means owning your number, understanding what's driving it, and consistently finding ways to improve it.

What You'll Do

------------------

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to increase qualified inbound and achieve pipeline targets
  • Own monthly forecasting and reporting for qualified inbound, working closely with marketing and sales leadership
  • Manage paid acquisition across search, social, and community channels, including budget allocation, targeting, creative, and campaign optimization
  • Run weekly experiments across landing pages, offers, forms, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion
  • Own the path from first touch to held meeting, including speed to lead, scheduling, reminders, and nurture programs
  • Improve Numa's visibility across traditional search and AI-powered answer engines
  • Turn partner launches, conferences, and roadshows into qualified leads and booked meetings
  • Define funnel stages and attribution with Sales, maintain accurate reporting in HubSpot, and ensure pipeline metrics align with CRM data
  • Build and optimize AI agent workflows, sequences, dashboards, and queries to automate repetitive work and improve execution
  • Maintain a consistent experiment log, communicate results, and use performance data to guide future investments

What You Bring

------------------

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, including at least 2 years directly owning a lead or pipeline target
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to build reports, write queries, analyze funnel performance, and distinguish meaningful signals from noise
  • A strong experimentation mindset. You test frequently, learn quickly, and know when to stop investing in underperforming campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and paid acquisition platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Experience improving conversion across the marketing funnel, from initial engagement through booked and held meetings
  • The ability to forecast performance, explain results, and make clear recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
  • Strong execution skills and the ability to prioritize progress, measurement, and iteration over perfection
  • An AI-native approach to work, using AI tools and agents to build workflows, automate tasks, and improve efficiency
  • The ability to operate independently, take ownership of results, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have

----------------

  • Experience at a startup or high-growth technology company where you built a marketing channel or program from the ground up
  • Experience marketing to automotive dealerships or another vertical where individual accounts represent significant business value
  • Experience running partner or channel marketing programs
  • Working knowledge of answer engine optimization (AEO)

What Success Looks Like

---------------------------

  • Consistently grow qualified inbound quarter over quarter while maintaining lead quality and Sales' confidence in the pipeline
  • Increase the percentage of booked meetings that become held meetings
  • Maintain accurate funnel reporting and attribution that aligns with CRM data
  • Establish a steady cadence of experiments that produce clear learnings and measurable conversion improvements
  • Build scalable growth programs and AI-powered workflows that improve marketing efficiency

Why Join Numa

-----------------

  • We believe in everyone's growth
  • Be part of an industry leader named the #1 fastest-growing AI Automotive company by Inc. 5000
  • Help bring category-defining AI technology to an industry undergoing significant change
  • Join a high-growth organization with opportunities to make a meaningful impact and grow your career

Compensation & Benefits

----------------------------

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
  • Equity package
  • Flexible PTO
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) plan

At Numa, you'll have the opportunity to build the growth engine behind technology that's transforming the automotive industry. If you enjoy taking ownership, experimenting to find what works, and turning data into measurable business results, we'd love to hear from you.
