Job description
About this role
Business Operations Manager - Major Digital Assets firm.
Node & Vector has been retained by a well-known digital assets firm to find a hands-on Business Operations Lead.
You will build and own the internal operating backbone of the company: workplace, people administration, devices, vendors, company accounts and approvals.
The role:
- Run day-to-day office and workplace operations, including facilities, access, supplies and the employee experience
- Own the operational side of onboarding and offboarding, working with payroll, benefits and HR providers
- Manage the full lifecycle of company devices, coordinating with Engineering on setup, access and security
- Own vendor relationships, renewals and procurement workflows, routing invoices and contracts through Finance and Legal
- Maintain a clean inventory of company accounts, admins, approvers and access rights, and act as a designated approver within documented controls
- Build light, dependable processes, checklists and trackers, and remove manual work through better tooling or simple automation
Why it’s interesting:
- Direct line to the CEO with a clear brief and real ownership from day one
- Greenfield function in a scaling business, so what you build becomes the operating standard
- Exposure across Finance, Legal and Engineering in a regulated, institutionally focused environment
Location: New York, hybrid with three days per week in the office.
Comp - 150k to 200k base - plus Bonus and Equity package.
