Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced

IT Project Manager

with a strong

Application Development

background to lead software projects from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, oversee SDLC processes, and ensure successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application development projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and vendors.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and SDLC best practices.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership.
• Ensure successful testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Project Management.
• Strong experience managing software/application development projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with onshore/offshore development teams.
