AI/ML Engineer

AI/ML Engineer Job Description We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying production-ready machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills and hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Design and deploy AI/ML solutions using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Build RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Develop document intelligence solutions involving OCR, extraction, classification, and structured data processing.
• Build scalable applications and data pipelines using Python, SQL, APIs, and modern data engineering tools.
• Implement model evaluation, observability, human-in-the-loop feedback, and Responsible AI practices.
• Deploy and maintain AI applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or Kafka is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated environments is a plus.
