Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation at home

Neuromov Rehabilitation & Wellness is a neuro-specialized mobile rehabilitation practice delivering evidence-based physical therapy services to adults with neurological conditions in Tampa and West Pasco.

We are seeking a Neuro Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one mobile neuro PT care in home and community settings. This role is ideal for clinicians with IRF or acute care experience who are passionate about neurological recovery, gait retraining, balance, and functional mobility.

Job Type

• Contract Physical Therapist ( 1099)

Schedule

• 5–6 patient visits per day
• 2–5 days per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Daytime hours

Patient Population

• Stroke / CVA
• Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
• Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
• Brachial Plexus Injury
• Neurodegenerative and complex neurological conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled neuro physical therapy in the home and community setting
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Focus on gait training, balance, postural control, strength, endurance, and functional mobility
• Utilize task-specific, neuroplasticity-based, evidence-based interventions
• Complete timely documentation per payer and compliance standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary neuro rehab providers as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year experience in IRF or acute care
• Strong foundation in neurological rehabilitation
• Knowledge of neuroplasticity-driven treatment approaches
• Must have neuro rehab certifications or a strong desire to pursue advanced neuro training
• Reliable transportation for mobile visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Neuro certifications such as NDT, LSVT BIG, PNF, CNS. ( Preferred)
• Experience with post-stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
• Home health or mobile physical therapy experience
