Registered Nurse MS/Tele

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Med-Surg/Telemetry position in Rochester, New York. This travel contract role offers 12-hour night shifts, three shifts per week, with 36 guaranteed hours. Starting on November 23, 2026, this opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with patient-to-nurse ratios of 5:1 to 7:1, depending on the shift.

You will collaborate with Patient Care Technicians for tasks like vitals, blood glucose checks, and EKGs. The role involves managing patients with cardiac, pulmonary, pain, GI, infections, and diabetes-related conditions. Key responsibilities include managing dysrhythmias, utilizing rapid response teams, and performing peripheral line care.

Special equipment like bladder scanners, telemetry, EKG machines, and lifepacks will be utilized during your shifts. The facility uses the Epic charting system. Weekend shifts are required every other week.
