About this role
#remote Who We Are: NCC has led the automotive industry for over 30 years, providing award-winning software, credit and compliance solutions, and cutting-edge data. Our solutions help dealerships streamline their operations, enhance their finance and insurance (F&I) processes, and drive profitability. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a high-growth environment.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own Recall Engagement, a net-new initiative that turns a safety obligation into a revenue and retention opportunity for automotive dealerships.
Recall Engagement uses AI and data forensics to detect open safety bulletins, resolve hard-to-find secondary owners, and orchestrate personalized multi-channel outreach, turning recall campaigns dealers are already obligated to run into service visits and long-term customer loyalty instead of unclaimed liability.
This is a zero-to-one build: you will own discovery through launch for a new capability with an identified $51.4M SOM opportunity across roughly 3,568 dealer rooftops, sitting alongside Co-op Submission, Warranty Submission, Trade-In AI Valuation, and Desking Engine in NCC's New Product Initiatives pillar.
This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives on ambiguity, AI-native product delivery, and building a net-new product from validated hypothesis to shipped revenue.
