HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Position Description You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the PERSONNEL POLICY & PROGRAMS BR of NAWCTSD ORLANDO. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will provide advice to all levels of management in regard to the effect of OPM, DoW, and Navy regulations on organizations and work processes. You will advise on appropriate action to take in response to personnel programs affecting work operations.

You will coordinate and implement the classification and compensation program for graded and wage-grade positions by providing advisory opinions and conducting position management reviews. You will assist management in job analysis efforts to develop qualification requirements and evaluation techniques consistent with OPM qualification criteria and methodology for determining best qualified applicants.

You will promote effective employee management relations and advise management and employees on procedural and substantive aspects of disciplinary programs and grievance responses. You will provide comprehensive labor-management advisory services to all levels of management. Minimum Salary 74678 Maximum Salary 116362
